asked the Minister of Transport (1) what is the present position with regard to the Rakewood-County boundary works on the M62 which it was officially announced in January last would start during 1968;

(2) what is the present position with regard to the Whitefield-Milnrow Main Works Section of the M62 which it was officially announced in January last would start during 1968.
