§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsI have agreed to a request to see a deputation from the National Union of Students, including representatives drawn from the Art Colleges, at an early date.
In addition, the National Advisory Council on Art Education (which advises the Secretary of State on all aspects of art education in establishments of further education), met yesterday and announced its readiness to receive and consider views on any matters relating to the general structure of art and design education in colleges and schools of art.
