§ 1. Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity when she expects the Wool, Jute and Flax Industry Training Board to introduce its levy concessions for firms with stable labour forces.
§ Mr. HattersleyI understand that the Board's investigations into this matter have led it to conclude that the introduction of such arrangements would not be justified at this time.
