§ Mr. Denis HowellGrants are made by my Department towards (a) the recurrent costs of administration and national coaching schemes of the governing bodies of swimming in England and Wales, (b) the capital costs of swimming pools provided by local voluntary organisations, and (c) the costs of participation in international events overseas.
