§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to extend legal aid to parties appearing in the Scottish Land Court in terms of the Resolution of the Law Society of Scotland passed at their annual general meeting in April, 1967, a copy of which has been sent to him.
