§ Mr. Joseph SlaterFully paid letters posted in Central London before 6 p.m. on weekdays and 5.30 p.m. on Sundays should be delivered in these areas by first post on the next working day; there has been no change in the past five years.
In London sub-districts the last general collection which connects with first delivery is 5.30 p.m.—half an hour earlier than five years ago—and 4.15 p.m. on Sundays.
