§ Q10. Mr. Wrightasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the appointment of further Parliamentary Under-Secretaries at the Scottish Office and make it possible to identify the responsibility of each more clearly than at present.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no present plans for further appointments, but if the hon. Member would care to make a case I would, of course, consider it. As to the duties assigned to Scottish Ministers my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland periodically provides a note on this for the guidance of Scottish Members and will arrange for a copy of the latest version to be sent to the hon. Member.
