§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuThe agreements relating to the loans for the construction of the Queen Elizabeth II provide that substantial expenditure should not be unreasonably incurred outside the United Kingdom. I am satisfied that in this case the terms of these agreements were not infringed.
