§ Mr. FoleyThirty-two submarines and ships of frigate size and above are under refit in H.M. Dockyards. The approximate cost of the refits is shown below.
A wide variety of smaller ships and vessels are in hand in H.M. Dockyards for reconditioning and repair generally of a more minor character; and a number of other naval vessels are being refitted by contract.
