§ Mr. John MackieThe Brucellosis (Accredited Herds) Scheme has been virtually in abeyance during the epidemic of foot-and-mouth disease. The urgent task is to get this Scheme re-started in order to provide a reservoir of brucellafree cattle essential for any future eradication scheme.
