§ Mr. William RodgersAn Exchange of Notes has been arranged to take place in Moscow this morning to establish the Committee formally.
I am glad to say that Sir Humphrey Trevelyan has agreed to serve as Chairman of the British Group. I hope to be able to announce the names of the other members of the Group shortly.
