Mr. Godman Irvine

asked the Minister of Labour how many males and females were registered as unemployed at the Bexhill, Hailsham and Rye employment exchanges on 17th December, 1967; and how many of them were over

In addition, there were 16 boys and 4 girls under 18 years of age registered at the Bexhill Youth Employment Office, which also covers the Rye, Hailsham and Battle areas. 13 boys and 5 girls were school leavers registered for first employment.
