§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will request the Welsh Economic Council to make a report upon the effects of the Selective Employment Tax upon areas in Wales which have only a small percentage of their total insured population employed in manufacturing industry.
§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughes:I have no doubt that the Council have in mind the point to which my hon. Friend refers in their consideration of economic prospects for the rural areas of Wales.
