Campbellasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will reconsider the policy of refusing an investment grant for a distillers' cask worth less than £25, while paying a 45 per cent. grant in a development area for a cask worth £25 or more, as this encourages the purchase of the larger size of cask made in Spain and penalises British coopers, at a time when it is essential to reduce unnecessary imports.
