§ Mr. Willeyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he expects to receive the Report of the National Board for Prices and Incomes on council house rents; and what action he will take in those cases in which the Board find the increases in rents excessive.
Greenwood:The Board cannot at this stage give a definite time for the completion of its report on this reference. The Government will consider whether further action is required in the light of the Board's report.
