§ Mr. Freeson:As shown in Chart 9 on page 28 of the White Paper on Fuel Policy (Cmnd. 3438), all the main groups of consumers, except power stations, have reduced their consumption of coal since 1960. The factors affecting the demand for coal and for other fuels are discussed at some length in the White Paper.
