§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Minister of Technology what steps the Government are taking to make a survey of the brain drain from Scotland to England following the principle established by the recent survey on the drain out of England to the United States of America.
§ Mr. Benn:No plans for such a survey are under consideration at present, and it would not fall to me to commission one.
