§ Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Overseas Development what talks have taken place in order to examine the possibility of siting factories in South-East Northumberland for the purpose of manufacturing goods and equipment needed to aid and assist the underdeveloped countries.
§ Mr. Prentice:None. There is no category of goods financed by aid funds in which the demand is large enough, over a sufficiently long period, to make it practicable to set up factories for its production.
