§ 47. Miss Lestorasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs if he will give an assurance that all persons in Rhodesia who carry out executions under the purported authority of the illegal régime will be charged with murder.
§ Mr. George Thomas:There are proceedings at present before the courts which affect the legality of carrying out an execution in present circumstances and it would not be proper at this stage for me to comment on this issue.
