§ The Attorney-GeneralNeither I nor my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor, who is chiefly responsible for the matters with which the Royal Commission on Assizes and Quarter Sessions is concerned, had received any representations with regard to Wales prior to its establishment on 7th November, 1966.
