§ Mr. George ThomasIf my right hon. Friend means assistance in helping to bring the war in Nigeria to an early end, the answer is that we have had no request. If he means financial and technical assistance, this is a question for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Overseas Development. Exports of arms have been on a normal commercial basis and we have received no requests for arms aid.
