§ Mr. Roy JenkinsWe are discussing with the Federal Government ways and means of meeting our stationing costs after the current Anglo-German Offset Agreement expires on 31st March. My right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs will be reporting to the House when the negotiations are completed.
