§ Mr. RossFor 1967–68 the estimate is £27 million. Programmes of projects to start in 1968–69 and 1969–70 are being adjusted to achieve expenditure savings 257W in those years of £2.4 million and £3.5 million, respectively, and figures for the estimated value of starts are not yet available.
