§ Mr. Lomasasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will list the 20 largest local authorities in Great Britain, showing the total amount granted and the amount granted to each 277W of them for local government purposes by the central Government for the years 1963–64 and the comparable figures for the most recent years available.
§ Mr. GreenwoodI have written to my hon. Friend explaining that because of alterations of area in recent years the amounts for many of these authorities will not be comparable for each year of the period; and inviting him to let me know on what basis he would like information.
