§ Mr. Boyden,pursuant to his Answer, [OFFICIAL REPORT, 23rd February, 1968; Vol. 759, c. 199], states that the annual totals of retirements given for the years 1963–67 were those considered by the Army Retirements Board from male permanent regular officers only.
