§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the loss of revenue due to thousands of owners of lorries, trucks and cars deliberately 151W evading the payment of their Road Fund licences, he will take the necessary action to end this means of avoiding taxation.
§ Mr. DiamondSteps have already been taken to reduce evasion and the Government will keep the situation under review in the light of their effect.
