§ Mr. MulleyI visited Bonn for the first round of talks on this subject with the Federal German Government on 8th February. Further talks are taking place between German and British officials in London today. They will continue at Ministerial level tomorrow, when I shall resume my discussions with State Secretary Lahr of the Federal German Foreign Office. While they are in progress, the content of these talks must remain confidential. I cannot yet say when the negotiations will be concluded, but I shall of course report the outcome to the House as soon as possible.
