§ Mr. RossFatal and serious casualties in Scotland during the last three months of 1967 were, respectively, about 13 per cent. and 1.5 per cent. less than in the last three months of 1966. The figures for the hours of darkness show reductions of 11 per cent. and 15 per cent. respectively.
