§ Mr. GreenwoodAs I told my hon. Friend the Member for Huddersfield, West (Mr. Lomas) on 25th January, the reference to the Board is of the reasons for, and phasing of, increases in rents of local authority housing, with particular reference to certain authorities. The Board are not precluded from examining increases by authorities not specifically named in the reference, but it is not proposed to add further authorities to that list.—[Vol. 757 c.178]
