§ Mr. Harry Howarthasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what was the condition of admission with which Mr. Vishnu Ramsarran failed to comply and which resulted in his being deported on 27th December, 1967.
§ Mr. EnnalsMr. Ramsarran was admitted on 19th January, 1966 on condition that he did not remain in the United Kingdom longer than 12 months. He committed an offence under Section 4 of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1962 by failing to leave within that period.
