§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will seek to ensure that any person appointed jointly by himself and the Secretary of State for Wales to take evidence and report upon the question of the establishment of a rural development board in mid-Wales will be proficient in both the Welsh and English languages and that any person wishing to make representations at such an inquiry will be allowed to do so in either English or Welsh.
