§ Mr. Whitakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will make a statement on the preconditions necessary for a successful reconvention of the Geneva Conference on Vietnam.
§ Mr. William Rodgers:There are no preconditions except a willingness on the part of those concerned to attend.
