§ Mr. K. Robinson:Total numbers increased by about 7 per cent. between 1965 and 1966 (the latest year for which figures are available), but there are local difficulties. In October, 1965 hospital authorities were given advice on the training of Audiology Technicians and Regional Hospital Boards were asked to co-ordinate the training arrangements, which may include instruction in local hospitals, arrangements with technical colleges, or attendance at courses run by the Institute of Laryngology and Otology in London.
