§ Mr. Elysian Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will refer to the Welsh Economic Council the question of transferring to his Department authority over education, health and agriculture in Wales.
§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughes:The Government has already had the detailed advice of the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire on this matter, which is essentially one for the Government to decide.
