§ 80. Mr. Roebuckasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he will draw the attention of all officers serving with the British Army of the Rhine to paragraph 680 of Queen's Regulations.
§ Mr. Healey:No. It is the duty of all officers to be conversant with Queen's Regulations and I can see no reason to issue a further instruction.
