Campbellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what was the total value of the British financial and property claims against the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics which were included in the terms of the Anglo-Soviet financial agreement signed on 5th January; and the value of the corresponding Soviet claims against Great Britain.
