§ Captain Kerbyasked the Prime Minister if he will transfer responsibility for the Agricultural Training Board to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in order to avoid unnecessary duplication between the National Agricultural Advisory Service and the present activities of the Board.
