§ Mr. Ridsdaleasked the Minister of Public Building and Works if he will make a statement on the increase of £1,050,000 above the original estimate for 1967–68 for electrical, gas and water charges in Government Departments; and if he will give a detailed account of where these increases occurred.
§ Mr. Mellish:The Supplementary Estimate takes into account increases in tariffs and the need to supply additional premises. The figure of £1,050,000 is made up as follows:
