123. Mr. Kenneth Lewis

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has now received the report of his inspectors into the affairs of Town Centre Properties; and what action he proposes to take on its conclusions.

Mr. Darling:

The report of the inspectors appointed by the Board of Trade to investigate the affairs of Town Centre Properties Ltd. and Star Explorations Ltd. was received on 16th June, 1966.

The report was referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions under Section 169(1) of the Companies Act, 1948.

The report was published on 1st February, 1968.
