§ 42. Mr. Juddasked the President of the Board of Trade what action he has taken, following devaluation, to strengthen export advisory services.
§ Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody:The Board of Trade's advisory services to exporters are continuously reviewed and improvements introduced as and when practicable. The Board of Trade and the Overseas Departments made a special review immediately after devaluation to ensure that staffs were adequate to deal with the increase volume of work that was expected.
