§ Mr. Youngerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what arrangements have been made for assistance from the Armed Services for the repair of vital agricultural equipment, once the immediate task of helping the homeless has been completed.
§ Mr. RossBuilding contractors are concentrating on repair work and deferring new work on farm buildings. On present information I am satisfied that present arrangements not involving the Armed Forces will ensure that essential repairs to farm buildings will be completed in a reasonable period.
