§ Mr. Joseph SlaterThis charge is for our A Service from the Philatelic Bureau and includes the clerical and typing cost of providing individually addressed envelopes for customers. It gives a small margin of profit only. Other and cheaper forms of First Day Cover service are provided by the Post Office if customers prefer them.
