§ Mr. Eadieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many of the 24 new technical colleges mentioned in the Government's observations on the Toothill Report's recommendations have been completed, or are under construction; if he will list starting, completion or estimated completion dates; and if he will state as aggregate in each financial year since March, 1960 the value of work completed or under construction.
