§ Mr. CarmichaelI understand from the British Transport Police, who are responsible for police matters on British Railways, that, because of lack of evidence against individuals, they have not 457W prosecuted anyone in connection with damage caused to trains between Ipswich and Liverpool Street on Saturday, 23rd November.
