72. Mr. W. H. K. Bakerasked the Minister of Public Building and Works what is the total cost of the acquisition by the Land Commission of offices and other accommodation in England and Wales; and what annual rentals are paid for such other premises held on lease.
§ Mr. MellishProperties acquired for the Land Commission cost about £370,000. The rent being paid currently for leased premises occupied by the Commission is about £150,000 a year.
