§ Mr. Ted Leadbitterasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now propose to the major powers and the Commonwealth the setting up of machinery to control the sale and supply of arms to Nigeria, the Middle East, and other areas of the world where such supplies exacerbate civil war or endanger world peace.
