§ Mr. HealeyYes. Defence equipment for Nigeria, as for all other destinations, is supplied only in accordance with Her Majesty's Government's arms sales policy to the country concerned. The relevant export control procedures apply to equipment provided by my Department no less than to equipment provided from private industry.
