§ Mrs. CastleThe report of the inquiry was published on 9th December. I am grateful to Professor Robertson and his colleagues for submitting so expeditiously their findings which I am confident will be of assistance to the parties. The parties are considering action in the light of the report and I have asked them to keep me informed of developments.
