§ Mr. DellThe British Aluminium Company has appointed a British engineering consortium as main contractor for their plant at Invergordon and preliminary site work has begun. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland has set up a special steering group, on which the Company is represented, to co-ordinate all constructional 137W work in the area both on major industrial developments and on infrastructure.
