Round Oak Steel Works Limited—£1 Stock Units £9 19s. 8d
The date for conversion is today.
Negotiations on the valuation of the ordinary shares of G.K.N. Steel Company Limited (now renamed B.S.C. (Holdings) Ltd.) the only shares still awaiting settlement are proceeding.
